Hello and Welcome!
The following are the current policies of the clinic and information about working with me. The information on this page will be updated as needed.
All appointments are done via telemedicine. Telemedicine services are only offered to individuals who reside in Arizona, California, Idaho, and Washington State. The individual must be physically located in the state Dr. Irina is licensed in (AZ, CA, ID, WA) at the time of each appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a primary care doctor or physician. You are required to maintain care with a local, primary care doctor while seeking my advice for specialty/adjunctive care purposes.
New Patient Appointment:
1. Start with a 30-minute consultation to establish a relationship, this includes:
Setting expectations
Review of medical history including past and current symptoms
This discussion will be guided by the new patient questionnaires / intake forms you fill out prior to the appointment. During the appointment you will be asked some of the same questions you answered on the forms; the forms are meant to be a guide. To receive the most benefit out of your appointment it is helpful to set aside time to fill out the forms a few days prior to the appointment so you do not feel rushed and are able to recall and write down all the pertinent information.
Review of submitted labs and images
2. 60-minute Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.) session. You will not be on the phone / video call for this part of the appointment.
Perform A.R.T.
Create and type up a customized treatment plan based on ART findings
3. Wrap up with a 30-minute consultation to review ART findings and recommendations, this includes:
Review of your treatment plan
Time for questions you may have
Recommendations for any additional testing/lab work
Recommendations for follow up
Follow-Up Appointments and “When Will I Get Better”: The way someone’s healing journey unfolds is very individual. Two people may present with the same exact symptoms but have completely different trajectories in how fast they are able to reverse the disease process and feel well. Unprocessed emotions and psychoemotional trauma, total body burden, ongoing toxic environmental exposures, dental issues, and chronic infections all play a role in how fast someone heals. Some people report positive changes in symptoms after their first visit. For other people it may take months or years to see any noticeable benefit. For chronic health conditions it is recommended to make a commitment to partnering for a minimum of one year to get the results you are seeking.
What is A.R.T.?
Autonomic Response Testing (A.R.T.) is an energetic test and a biofeedback enhanced physical exam that uses changes in muscle tone to show when the body goes into stress (sympathetic mode), relaxation (parasympathetic mode), or exhibits a neutral/no-change response and is the primary tool used to help guide treatment.
A.R.T. can be done in-person or remotely (at a distance). Remote A.R.T. sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions.
It takes several A.R.T. seminars to learn how to perform this type of energetic testing. You do not need to understand how the process works in order to be tested, however you must be open to A.R.T. if you make the decision to become a patient. If you are interested in learning more and to familiarize yourself with A.R.T. you can take classes through the https://klinghardtinstitute.com. A.R.T. will not be explained or taught during the appointment. You can read more about A.R.T. here http://www.drstrelyuk.com/autonomic-response-testing-art
Treatment progresses based on the “layers” (health issues) that show up during A.R.T. sessions, which allows us to focus on the immediate healing priority of the body without overwhelming the system.
The protocols are developed based on all the gathered history, A.R.T. findings and may include herbs, supplements, homeopathics, detoxification strategies, psychological / trauma / energy treatment recommendations and referrals, IV Therapy, referrals for dental work, lymphatic drainage, and others as needed.
When do I follow up?
Follow-ups are recommended every 4-6 weeks from your initial appointment to ensure your healing journey is progressing to adjust your current protocol and to maximize what your body needs as you heal.
What does a follow up appointment entail?
All follow up appointments include an A.R.T. session and last anywhere from 60-90 minutes; generally around 60 minutes are needed for a full A.R.T. scan and write up of the protocol.
Shorter appointments are sometimes an option depending on what needs to be addressed, lab review, or other questions.
If detox or “herx” symptoms come up patients are encouraged to schedule an A.R.T. session to see what layers are coming up and identify how best to support the body.
Telemedicine Consultations:
Here is a link for the virtual waiting room https://doxy.me/dririnas. It is helpful to do the Pre-call Test prior to your appointment to make sure the audio and video are working properly. Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment.
Another way to access the virtual waiting room is to go to https://drstrelyuk.com and click on the “Virtual Office Visit” button.
Consultation Fees:
Cost is based on Dr. Irina’s hourly rate, which is $300.00 per hour. If extra time is needed it will be billed at a prorated hourly rate in 15 minute increments. This does not include other treatments including supplements or referrals for other treatments such as IV therapy, dental work, psychoemotional work, ect.
Supplements:
For patients with a chronic illness, budgeting up to $1000 (or more in complex cases) for supplements, traditionally calculated for a 4-6 weeks supply is recommended. You will be provided a link to an online dispensary store at your initial appointment where you will be able to find most, if not all, recommended supplements.
Insurance:
Dr. Irina is not contracted with any insurance carriers and is considered an out-of-network, Naturopathic provider. All treatments are to be paid at the time of service. A superbill can be provided when requested. Medicare and Medicaid does not cover Dr. Irina’s services.
ChARM Electronic Health Records:
For all communication between appointments to and from Dr. Irina’s office patients are required to utilize the messaging system in their ChARM patient portal. All appointment summaries, appointment changes, lab requisitions, billing, announcements, etc are communicated in this manner, therefore it is crucial that all patients and/or their representatives are willing to learn and use this electronic form of communication.
How to prepare for your first appointment:
To make your first appointment as beneficial as possible, basic lab work that is no older than 3 months is helpful to review. Basic lab work including:
Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential and Platelets
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Lipid panel
Thyroid panel (TSH, fT3, fT4, T3, T4, rT3, TPO, TG)
Iron, TIBC, and Ferritin
Hemoglobin A1c
Homocysteine
CRP
Vitamin D-25-O and 1,25-OH
RBC zinc

Please upload any past lab results into the “Documents” section of your ChARM patient portal in pdf format. Label the labs with the names of the tests performed, and the date the tests were done. Make sure to select the option to share the labs with Dr. Irina otherwise they will show up on your end only.
Thank you again for your interest in working with me. Please let me know if you have any questions. I wish you the very best as you navigate your next steps.
Best,
Dr. Irina
